2026 Membership Renewals:
- Members receive emails regarding renewing their membership.
- To pay by ACH or Credit Card, Click “Manage Account” underneath the “Membership” tab in the menu bar or “Log In” on the top navigation. You must register your account before paying your membership dues.
- The Priority renewal deadline is March 16th. The waitlist will be open on March 17th, and you will no longer be guaranteed membership for the 2026 season.

2026 Membership Renewal Rates are as follows:
Family Membership – $820
Couple Membership – $445
Individual Membership – $365
Established Individual Membership *(55+) – $305
Established Couple Membership *(55+) – $365
Honorary Membership – $220 (no longer available but grandfathered in)
Nanny (special pass) * only available with a family membership – $140 *one per family membership per season
Single Tennis Membership – $170
Family Tennis Membership – $200
Pool Club Refund Policy (Effective Date: 1/1/2026)
To ensure fairness and consistency, our pool club has established the following refund policy:
Non-Refundable Items
- Membership fees
- Program registrations
- Swim Activities including but not limited to Swim/Dive Team, Swim/Dive Lessons
- Racquet Activities including but not limited to Tennis Team, Tennis/Pickleball Lessons, Leagues
All purchases of memberships, programs, and sport registrations are non-refundable. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
Medical Exception
Refunds may be considered only in cases of documented medical necessity that prevents participation. These requests must meet the following criteria:
- A written request must be submitted to the board for review.
- Supporting medical documentation must be provided.
- Approved refunds will be subject to a $20 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
The board reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.
*established memberships must be 55 years of age or older and been a member of DGSRC for 10 consecutive years to qualify
*An Established Membership will be issued to an Established Couple or an Established Individual who have/has maintained any active Club membership for at least 10 years, where one of the Members has reached 55 years of age. Membership will be issued to the Senior husband and wife or the Senior Single only, but not to any of their children of any age.
**An Honorary Membership will be issued to a Member who has maintained an active Club membership for at least 15 consecutive years and one of the Members has reached 60 years of age. Membership identification cards will be issued to both the husband and wife, but not to any of their children of any age. Honorary memberships will continue to pay capital assessments but no dues. Per DGSRC bylaws, NEW Honorary Memberships will not be issued after January 1, 2015.
