Beginner Dive Lessons

Only paid DGSRC members are eligible to participate in dive team programming. 

• Due to our lower diving boards construction, DGSRC will not offer dive team for the 2026 season. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

Beginner Dive Lessons:

Dive lessons are not based upon age BUT the following requirements need to be met:

1. Participants must be age 7 by June 1, 2026 * (*6 year old may be allowed with coaches’ discretion and a preliminary lesson).
2. All participants must complete a swim test
3. All participants must demonstrate ability to enter the water head first prior to the first lesson

JUNE TIMES:

•         9:45 – 10:15 AM or 
•         10:15 – 10:45 AM

JUNE SESSION DATES:

•          Session 1: Week of June 8th
•          Session 2: Week of June 15th
•          Session 3: Week of June 22nd
•          Session 4: Week of June 29th

COST :  

•         $50 per session, per week

 

JULY TIMES:

•         9:45 – 10:15 AM or 
•         10:15 – 10:45 AM

JULY SESSION DATES:

•          Session 1: Week of July 6th
•          Session 2: Week of July 13th
•          Session 3: Week of July 20th
•          Session 4: Week of July 27th

COST :
